    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • If you want to cancel the order before your product has been shipped, we will initiate the refund after deducting a nominal charge of 2% of the order value within 24-72 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
    • If your product has been shipped or delivered to you then we will initiate refund for the amount after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 3% of the order value within 24-72 business hours after receiving the product.

    Note:

    • You must return the goods in its original and proper packaging for initiating refund.
    • We will not accept any type of damaged/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products.

    RETURN / REFUND POLICY:

    Refund Timeline:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s).
    • Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

    Eligibility for Refund:

    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item(s) excluding any shipping charges incurred.
    • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through Eteame. For purchases made through third-party retailers, please refer to their respective refund policies.

     


    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): –

    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • On sale items or Discounted items.

    If you have received an item that is damaged/defective or wrong, just send email us at the earliest, as mentioned above, at info@eteame.com to initiate the return and refund process for the goods/item(s) purchased by you.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s) / good(s) / product(s) returned by you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Note: Refund will be provided after deducting actual shipping charges(s) paid by us.
